FOSON Kitchen and Bathroom Designers Wanted Position Purpose: Kitchen Designers are responsible for providing friendly and courteous customer service by qualifying customers for kitchen design consultation, providing quotes and providing product options. The Kitchen Designer facilitates the smooth and efficient processing of all kitchen department custom orders and install sales until the customer is satisfied. Kitchen Designers use strong customer relationship skills, superior product expertise, and advanced project knowledge to provide a differentiated experience to drive sales and provide a great customer experience. Position Responsibilities:  Being responsible for total Kitchen or/and bathroom sales  Prospecting and engaging kitchen and countertop customers  Providing showroom tours and setting customers up for kitchen measures  Meeting with customers to discuss their project and provide sales presentations  Quote conversion  Qualifying customers for design consultation, providing quotes and product options Experience/Knowledge Required:  Experience in designing and selling kitchen & bathroom cabinets  Must be Professional, Polite, Confident, Positive, Motivated.  With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in designing and selling kitchen & bathroom cabinets.  Strong computer skills, including but not limited of MS-Word, MS-Excel; must have working knowledge of 20/20 kitchen design software.  Have excellent customer service skills, along with administrative abilities to schedule one-to-one consultations and to follow up with orders in progress.  Strong knowledge in residential renovations (practices and products)  Strong knowledge in kitchen industry and cabinetry products (materials, finishes, hardware, etc)  Ability to conduct site visits and to take site measurement  Technical skills and product knowledge to quote on kitchen installations and countertops  Excellent written and verbal communication skill with an outstanding ability to interact with clients, contractors, and suppliers  Eager to provide customer satisfaction by understanding/delivering their vision  Understanding the importance of building customer relationships  Must have valid driver’s license/own transportation  Have own clientele list would be an asset  Candidates must understand and speak fluent English  Understanding and speaking mandarin would be preferred  Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
